CWC Mode

Kohno, Viega and Whiting have recently published an Internet-Draft specifying a
new mode that combines AES in CTR mode for encryption with a Carter-Wegman
hash function.  This mode is interesting because it is offers considerable
scope for innovative implementation.  Brian Gladman has provided two initial
implementations, one using integer values and the other using floating point.
