Camellia is a US Advanced Encryption Standard AES compatible block cipher
developed by NTT and Mitsubishi Electric which have top classed
cryptography researchers. Camellia has excellent efficiency; fast
implementations can be made on any software platforms, and not only fast
but also compact implementations can be made on hardware. To promote
Camellia further, NTT and Mitsubishi Electric submitted Camellia to 

*	ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27, 
*	Cryptographic Techniques applicable to the Japanese electronic
        government , and 
*	NESSIE.
