flow-expire - expire flows the same way that flow-capture does

Expire (delete) flows the same way flow-capture does. Use this for example to manage a filesystem on central server where you've copied flow files using flow-mirror from several flow collectors running flow-collect.
Operate on files in workingdir.
Set the debugging level.
Retain exprot rotations on line.
Retain expbytes bytes on line.
Get help.
Keep up to 50G bytes of flow data in /var/flowdata:
flow-expire -w/var/flowdata -E50G
