Implementations of the union-find data structure for OCaml

The OCaml library unionFind offers several implementations of the
union-find data structure. All implementations are based on disjoint
sets forests, with path compression and a balanced-linking policy,
so as to guarantee good asymptotic complexity: every operation
requires a quasi-constant number of accesses to the store.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
