Known Bugs/Problems in libdrg

PROBLEM 1

At 1:100k scales, mosaicing of maps stacked vertically is not quite
right.

A: libdrg does linear interpolation between corners, and thus gets the
wrong value, particularly in the middle of a 1-degree long line of
constant latitude.  If the maps were squares of UTM, this would come
out right, but the neatlines are actually curved.

PROBLEM 2

For one map (Lawrence, MA) the colormap seems wrong.
