----------------------------------------------------------------------

Introduction:
The UBS is a system designed for managing a radio station, as the name would imply. This includes playing music, public service announcements, station identifications, and everything else that a DJ at a radio station would normally take care of. It is designed to be used as a tool for small radio stations (college and high school stations, for instance) which cannot manually broadcast on the air 24 hours per day, during weekends, or whatnot.
UBS is *not* intended for web broadcasters. Though some of its tools (namely the scheduler) might be of use for webcasters, UBS was intended for use in live radio.
