I didn't post a review of disc #4, as it wasn't worth the >effort! The contents of disc #5 are as follows: But doesn't it really piss you off when you run the menu, select choice, and it dumps you at the dos prompt with instructions to type GO, then the program unpacks itself onto your hard disk !!! I thought the whole point of cd-rom was not to clutter your disk with all this stuff. I can't beleive that these programs cannot be run from the CD. It's not as if they are cramming as much stuff as will fit on to the disc, it's only about 1/3 full so what's the problem ? OK, so some of them may require config files, but surely not something like micro machines. And as for that installation of Metal and Lace, that is the pits ! Why on Earth MUST it be installed from two 1.44Meg floppies ? Come on PC Home, get it together ! Phew ! I had to get that off my chest. Chris
