I have heard that CD premastering/mastering are $500-$1500 per disc depending
on what needs to be done and how many others are in the pipeline.  Disc cost
$1-$2 depending on quantity, with extras costing extra (jewel box, label,
packageing, mailing, etc).

Blank discc ?  YES.  That is what recordable CD uses.  Current costs are
about $20-$35 depending on quantity, size, and brand.
