This may be answered in a FAQ somehwere but I looked through the last
200 posts and didn't see one. I had to reformat my hard drive and when
I tried to reinstall my Soundblaster Pro drivers and software I found
out my install disks were corrupt. So I ordered new ones but the new
disks don't seem to have anything for my CD-ROM. So I grabbed some
drivers and a setup program from Creative Labs BBS. I now have sbcd.sys
and mscdex.exe (the DOS 6.0 version). And I believe that I have
modified both my config.sys and my autoexec.bat correctly but it still
isn't loading correctly? Can someone tell me step by step what to do,
or point me to a FAQ that addresses my problem, or can someone come up
with a perfect and easy solution? Thanks!
