I have tried the DDS version 1.01 by Michael Gallias available as
a zip file: PXDDS101.ZIP on most simtel mirrors. the results I gained
was ethusiastic (for me) as the 2 SCSI disk is just about 2 times faster
than the standard IDE Connor (110MB) my Compaq 386S (20MHz) is equipped with.
The results was 1000-1300 Kbytes/sec write and read speed so I'm pleased so far
with my board. The chipset is the same as the Adaptec 1510 and 1520, both good
boards that use programmed io to speak with it's devices.
