My new SB16MCD was shipped with a german version of SBCD.SYS.
The version number is 4.12
This Driver won't work with the CR562B. I heard it's written to refuse
working with CR562B (Creative will sell their own drive)

My Drive came with the driver 'CDMKE.SYS' which is the same as the SBCD.SYS
V4.02. But the CDMKE has a different parameter '/sbp:220' instead of
'/p:220' for the SBCD.
SBCD.SYS V4.11 should also work ok.
And use only MSCDEX 2.23 or later.
