I think the idea of having a double-sided CD could be considered a break-
through if it is ever done !
 Ofcourse it'll mean doubling the capacity, making special drives that can
read both sides .. so it would mean a somewhat new technology !
 I think its interresting enough for the CD makers to push it further and
apply it actually ....
 I beleieve that this is a GREAT IDEA ! :)
