Thanks for your help I had done the things you told me plus I have
 seen the waif under the bridge, he has given me a present, and I have
 found coins boxes, etc etc, but I am unable to go further in the
 game.  The other problem it is mainly my young son who is playing and
 I do not have time to study teh game to heko him get to the next
 level.  What files should I look at in the mayors office, I have seen
 them but they didn't appear to help get to the next level.
