Now, let me see if I've got this right:  It's _not_ illegal to provide this
type of material on videotape in all 50 states, but it _is_ illegal to
provide it on computer media? Help me, Mr. Wizard!

Also, the idea that the sysop is liable even if he/she is unaware that the
files exist seems to violate at least the spirit of the Steve Jackson games
case.

Hope the EFF is fighting this as well as warning us about it.
