Recently I have become involved with a very small public library. They
have been given the funds to adopt a new program involving the purchase of
two to three computer terminals, a printer, and a device for cd Roms. What
we would like is a tower that would provide the network with access of all
discs from any terminal at any time. The CD ROMS we are hoping to buy will
be of an educational nature. We will be buying some reference tools
(sources for citations in periodicals, and newspapers), some discovery
tools, and some interactive applications. We are still in the discussion
stage, and are not finding the hands on meat and potatoes answers in
journals and reviews. Please if you have either equipment or software that
you feel strongly about, either pro or con, I would welcome your advice.

Thank you. I really feel like a fish out of water!
