I posted a query on Video CD and CD-I disc availability last week.
I was hoping to get more response on Video CD, but I only heard I
response from James Jones:

So, my next questions are, has any Video CD been released in any part
of the world yet? Who is publishing the disc and etc... I think, 
this info is quite crucial for users of Reel Magic card and 3D0's Interactive
Multiplayer and CD-I player. Maybe we should put it answers in the FAQ.
