I use that combination myself. Sailesh, since your CD-ROM light doesn't do anything yet, please check first if the flat cable between CR-562B and SGPRO is attached correctly (the correct direction (red side to pin 0, check CD-ROM and SGPRO) as well as the right interface (Panasonic, not Sony or Mitsumi).
