In spite of another response on this issue, the SG NX Pro 16 *DOES* support
the CR-562B. I use that combination myself.

Sailesh, since your CD-ROM light doesn't do anything yet, please check first
if the flat cable between CR-562B and SGPRO is attached correctly (the correct
direction (red side to pin 0, check CD-ROM and SGPRO) as well as the right
interface (Panasonic, not Sony or Mitsumi). You do have power to the CD-ROM,
don't you?
