You can get a ASCII only copy of the last rev before ANSI publication
via ftp from ncrinfo.ncr.com, in directory /pub/standards/scsi2. The
file is:

s2-r10l.txt 1700358 Nov 13 22:43 SCSI-2 Rev 10L plain ASCII file

There are copies of other current drafts as well. On the outside chance
you can't ftp, you can also try and dial up the BBS at 719-574-0424.

I assume Grant is referring to Hepburn, and not the other way around?-)
