I bought Lost Treasures of Infocom from my favorite reseller, and one
of the manuals in the box was unfortunately damaged and unusable
(though that was not visible without opening the manual).
  I asked for a replacement by e-mail at Activision support address
<support@netcom.com>, and got the replacement in France within 10
days. E-mail support does work, worldwide.
