I ordered a bunch of software as Xmas presents last December and 2 things that were free except for S&H were the CD Access and the Power User's Toolkit and both of them happened to be on back order. MacWAREHOUSE kept sending me letters saying those 2 items were still on back order and I would not be charged for S&H until they were actually shipped. (I could call and cancel at any time). Three weeks ago I got the CD Access in a box with another catalog along with the invoice for S&H. Yesterday I get another catalog wrapped in plastic and inside was ANOTHER CD Access disk! What, no S&H this time? And where is my Power User's Toolkit?? I have their customer service number, maybe I should pose these questions to them..... Anyone else sharing these circumstances? Anyone else care to join me in calling MacWAREHOUSE?
