I'm posting because I think people might use the information.  It's not
anything official from Apple.

Macintosh CD-ROM driver suppliers, as taken from the Redgate Macintosh 
Registry on AppleLink.  For all products except NEC Technologies, Inc.,
the driver they supply is claimed to work with a variety of CD-ROM
drives.  The companies are listed in alphabetical order.  I'd welcome
any changes or additions to the list.  I'd especially welcome
information about driver supplies outside of North America.
