It's has been a long time since i finished it, but for what i can
remember you will have to go to the forest and pick some (yellow i think)
flowers. Then you have to put the flowers in the pot in the kitchen of
the bar. Add the meat and then recover the meat. When you now give the
meat to the dogs they will fall asleep and you will be able to enter the
mansion.

It's possible this is not completely correct but i think it is something
like this :)
