It came in to EB today, so I bought it. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!! Is ANYBODY EVER gonna make a CD-ROM game that works on my PC???? I've tried them all and none of them work. At least none of the good ones, with the exception of Rebel Assualt and Dracula. So anyway, back to Dragon's Lair (NOT the reel magic version!)... No sound. Nada. I've got your stock SB-PRO (DMA 1, IRQ 7, factor default settings). It works with all my non-CD games and it works with windows, and it even works with the 2 cdrom games mentioned above. But NOT with Dragon's Lair. Sigh. It's got no sound or music, and to top it all off, when I press SPACEBAR (like the screen says to) at the beginning of the demo sequence in order to start a new game, my computer locks up. HARD. I recommend staying away from this one, unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE you'll be able to run it on your machine. - Mr. Pissed -
