This "negative option" scam is legal, but somewhat shady. It has been used by book clubs for years! To stop this, simply mark the offending package "refused" and give it back to the mailman. It doesn't pay to send material to people who refuse it, so that should be the last you hear of them! Hope this helps... George Lyle
