I agree with Mark, alt.cd-rom.reviews is a great idea. 
Alt.cd-rom.reviews provides an area to exchange specific information with
other users on their experiences with various CDROMs including critiques,
reviews, bug reports, experiences with suppliers, prices, new titles and
versions, etc.  All this without diluting the "technotalk" alt.cd-rom
news group.  Both groups have their place in life.

Since the CD-ROM market is literally exploding,  a news group such as
alt.cd-rom.reviews is essential.  With so many titles and sources
springing out of every nook and crany, "circle seekers" must remember
CAVEAT EMPTOR, let the buyer beware.  Alt.cd-rom.reviews will help us
beware!
