I win - sort of. I finally got my VISA account credited for the over- and
unauthorized charges by Free Spirit Software. It took a very direct approach to
get them to do it - threatening to tell what piss-poor service they provide and
complain to the magazines they advertise in. I just received notification today
that my account was credited on the 3rd.

It took too many long-distance calls, frustration, etc., to get this resolved
and it seems like had I not really gotten on their case, they would still have
$55 of my money in their account.

I will never, ever buy from Free Spirit Software again!
