Comments: To: CDROM-L@UCCVMA.UCOP.EDU To: CDROM-L Redistribution I downloaded the FX001Ds drivers V1.12 from ftp.cica.indiana.edu and the day after (yesterday) got V1.13 from Compuserve. I was nosing around in the CDRom forum in Cserve to see if they've got these drivers and if I had somehow missed them and found that indeed they did have new drivers BUT version 1.13. And so, again I changed my drivers, rebooted my PC and this time, there WAS a change. The driver no longer said it detected my drive as a FX001D. In fact, the whole line was gone. The drive worked fine though. So again, can someone tell me what improvements, embellishments, enhancements, etc.ments that comes with these new drivers? By the way, one can now access Compuserve via the Internet. Telnet compuserve.com (who would have guessed the ID eh?).
