Here is what I do: When the error message appears, press the "continue" button (hope you have this button) and it will print part of the map. Then feed the partly printed page manually, and print the rest of the document. Works every time for me. I'm surprised that with 6 megs you're having problems. The 4P has a new technology called MET, which really does seem to work in cases like this. BTW, when I put my map through for the second print run, it prints in pretty well perfect registration.
