Three different video accelerator cards have been tried, at 640x480/256, 65K, and 16M color settings. At the 640x480/65K setting, there are no animations visible at all. Diamond, STB and a generic Cardex video card yielded the same results. I moved everything from an Alaris 486slc/66 (prone to lockups and crashes) to a new DX33, with no change in the video problem. The multimedia system is the Memphis, from MediaVision. Quicken's Wall Street Video plays fine. Has anyone been grappling with this problem? STB's Tech Support was cooperative, but ineffective. MediaVision repeated sections of the manual to me. Compton's Tech Support is vapor-I couldn't reach a human after trying for two hours. -- Via DLG Pro v1.0
