I attend quite a few "Ham Fests" (Amateur Radio get togethers), and at all of them, there are CD ROM Discs for sale VERY cheap. Many of them sell for only $10 to $15. The most expensive I have seen at a HamFest was about $45, and there were only a few of them. I purchased several of the cheapies to see if they were good, and the programs were for the most part very new. With prices this cheap, and these people are not selling them to lose money, Where, Why, and How do they come from?? Ok, not so brief, and more than one question......Guess ya can't get good help these days :) Any ideas?? Star Trek Rules!
