I believe it all depends on Creative Labs, not Software Toolworks, since the bundle is included with Creative Labs drive. To me, the Multimedia Encyclopedia included with the drive is a "sample" of what a CD-ROM is like, not necessarily THE encyclopedia CD-ROM like Groliers. May be Creative Labs is thinking is this mindset (and yes, I agree that the most updated version should be included). --GIF
