It has a CD-ROM interface. Accor- ding to the manual I can connect a Sony CDU-31A player to it. Questions: 1. Does anybody know anything about that Sony CDU-31A drive? (since they have a new budget model CDU-33A (according to PC magazine, februari 22, 1994) I suppose that this is an older single speed model?) 2. Is this interface compatible with any other drive? (other brand, or the above mentioned CDU-33A?) 2b. Is there a Sony drive that is compatible with above mentioned interface, XA, Photo CD (multi session) AND CD-I? 3. What are the performance differences between using a soundcard or a SCSI interface? Many thanks, Karel Geertsema karel@idca.tds.philips.nl
