 The Panasonic is better than the Mitsumi in lots of ways. The 64K
 buffer is important with videos, while faster access time is not 
 that significant most of the time. It is also more reliable and 
 easier to install. 
  
 We sell them for $165, by the way. If you need a controller card,
 add $10.
