FM->SCSI-1 does this, too.  Now, tell us again, what are the advantages of
FM->a SCSI-2 CD-ROM?

in terms of other hardware, scsi-2 offers faster xfer rates than scsi-1.
i don't know of any cd-roms that are SPECIFIC about having scsi-2.  they
will all <i think> work on any scsi platform.
