 I solved the double space # 16 error
 I had to call microsoft at the 900 number to do it though.
 It took 25 or 30 minutes , we went through everything that was
loaded in high and took everything loaded in high out of config.sys
and autoexec.bat. 

  The cause was me using memmaker
  Memmaker put everything in high memory even though they conflicted.

 DOS 7.0  will have to add some intelligence to what Memmaker loades in
 high.
