     Try disabling your Windows TSR'S.. Like Afterdark, Adobe Font Manager, or
ICON DOIT.....Then see how much XMS you have free....I left a response to the
message titled "MYST unstable, help pls".  This will tell you how to free up 
memory for running MYST..
