Hi all,

I have a Sound Blaster Pro card. I'm going to buy a CD-ROM for it..
As I understand it the only CDs that can plug directly to it are the
Mitsumi, Creative Labs and Panasonic(?). Am I right? Which models offer
double speed + cheap? (Where can I get a good price on these?
I need a fax number and an 1-800 number)

Can the Sony CDU-33A drive connect directly (w/o another card) to the
Sound Blaster 16 (which models?)?
I saw an ad for the SB16+Sony-CDU33A for $299, is it a good price?
(is it worth the $$$$?)

                           thank you all,
                                              Rann Glaser
