In windows, have you done a File Run and selected install from the windows 
drivers sub on your install disk? If you have, run setup from the same 
directory, once again in windows.... Yes, you really do have to run both, in 
my experience, even though both show that it is doing the same thing.....

One more thing: The waves playing twice.... you need to do the dos based 
install first, configure hardware, and change interupts, IO, or DMA channels 
untill it stops looping. Do this before running the windows utilities. 

I spent many months before I found out exactly how to get the thing working...
