the S.F. Bay Area.  So far have had great results.  All streets in US are
supposed to be included (down to large alleyways) and the interface is very
easy to use.  Can search by City/State/ Area and Street Name.  

Not a fancy product but it does what it advertises to do.  Price was about
$80.00 retail.
