I'm having a problem reading Photo-CD.  I have a Toshiba 3401B with Trantor
T130B interface.  I have no problems running any CD software, but I can't
seem to read anything on a Photo-CD.  When I switch to the CD-ROM drive, I
get something like "no disk, close the door."  I don't know what part of the
"chain" (drive, Windows, MSCDEX, SCSI driver, ...) is suspect.  Any ideas?
