Has anyone taken Quanta Press up on their "Should you, for any reason, not be
satisfied with any Quanta Press CD-ROM, just return it to us, with proof of
purchase, for a full and prompt refund." offer?

I sent the "Programmer's ROM" back a month and a half ago and FAXed them two
weeks ago with nary a peep (or check) in return.

I was wondering how long it took for them to honor this otherwise excellent
returns policy, and/or if they honor it at all, or if it is a sales gimmick
(which I fell for).

Thanks for any info.
