I bought a CD of Mathematica Inc's "Tempra Access" software
that's supposed to let me edit photo CDs. It even has 12 examples.
I can apparently run the non-Windows editor athough I can't seem to
find the examples and the manual is not helpful.

When running the windows version, the screen blanks
and I get some error about ".DRV not found" but the screen
then goes back to windows too fast to read the entire error!

There is no answer on any of their phone lines.

Before I contact the Florida Attorney General and accuse them
of fraud due to unmerchantability of their product,
and anybody speak in their defense?
