I have a 486DX2-66 (VESA) with an Adaptec 1542C SCSI adapter (no IDE at all in this system,) a Pro Audio Spectrum 16 sound card (I'm using the sound card's SCSI for the CD-ROM,) and a Texel CD-ROM drive. I've downloaded the latest drivers for all the cards, and sent e-mail to Media Vision about the problem. They quote the manual and tell me to set the switches "/N5 /F11" on my Adaptec (ASPI4DOS) driver. This has no effect, and they apparently have no other ideas. This only seems to happen with T7G. I also have RTZ, Rebel Assault, Critical Path and some others -- they all run great. Anyone have any ideas?
