Oki... Ghmm.... I either have something very old or I don't know.... My
driver is something like .075B-Experimental and it's called SBCD75.SYS

: I would really appreciated if someone here can help me out with this
: problem.

Oki, I will try.

: Also here is my New(04/31/94) Config.sys and Autoexec.bat files.
: My New config.sys is:
: ---------------------
: DEVICE=C:\DOS\HIMEM.SYS
: DEVICE=C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE RAM
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Kidding????? Remove this line.

: BUFFERS=10
: Files=40
: DOS=UMB
^^^^^^^^^^^^
: LASTDRIVE=E
: FCBS=4,0
: DOS=HIGH

Kidding again?

: DEVICEHIGH /L:1,13408 =C:\UTIL\CDMKE43.SYS /D:MSCD001 /P:300 /A:0 /M:20 /T:5 /I

Everything is PL, but make /M:15

: SHELL=C:\DOS\COMMAND.COM C:\DOS\ /P
: STACKS=9,256

: My new Autoexec.bat is:
: ----------------------
: LH /L:0;1,43920 /S C:\WINDOWS\SMARTDRV.EXE
: SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 H5 P330 T6
: SET SOUND=C:\SB16
: C:\SB16\SB16SET /M:220 /VOC:220 /CD:220 /MIDI:220 /LINE:220 /TREBLE:0
: C:\SB16\SBCONFIG.EXE /S
: LH /L:1,13616 c:\util\mouse2.com /1
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

You don't need a mouse driver. Windows takes care of it.
: LH /L:1,13616 C:\UTIL\MSCDEX.EXE /D:MSCD001 /V /M:10 /L:D
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Move it into CONFIG.SYS

: SET PATH=C:\WINDOWS;C:\DOS;C:\UTIL;C:\;C:\NC;
: SET TEMP=C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
: prompt $p$g

Tell me if it works,
