Does anyone know what it is? I thought it was something like TechSupport@MediaVis.com, but that doesn't seem to work. Anyway, my real problem is trying to install T7G on my 486-50 with a Pro Audio Spectrum 16 and Toshiba 3401 CD ROM. I have an S3-based 911 VLB video card (pretty crummy, from what I've heard) and 8 megs of RAM. The install program for T7G can't find XMI hardware, no matter what I do. I'm using version 3.24 of MVSOUND.SYS and MSCDEX from DOS 6.2 but nothing I do seems to work. I've downloaded and installed versions 1.24 and 1.30 of T7G, and I still get 'XMI hardware not found' when trying to install it. I've used Adlib for music and SoundBlaster for speech - no go. Apparently my PAS16 is too old to use the S:1,220,1,5 parameter of MVSOUND.SYS, because T7G refuses to recognize that I have a SB compatible sound card in my PC. Help! I have 6 other CD ROM games (both DOS and Windows), and they all work fine, including Myst, so I know my system is working. Any suggestions? TIA. Irene
