As I understand it, Virgin has developed some kind of new technology that
allows them to mix MPEG and non-MPEG data.  (Presumably without requiring
extra space.)  From what I've heard, the game will play 1/4 screen 30fps
video (similar to the Horde's video) without an MPEG card.  So, yes, you
do get full motion video without additional hardware, but you don't get
FULL video without additional hardware.
