I hate to burst your balloon, but:
First off -- they will not work UNLESS {unless to be explained later}
Second -- Yes a player is availible. I zipped up a player about
          a year and a half ago from the development CD.
Third -- The ZIP file is self extracting and named qtwplay.exe
Fourth -- It is definately availible at ftp://ftp.cwru.edu/physics/movies/ibmqtw
Fifty -- There is a 10MB movie in that directory to try it if you would like
Sixth -- Once you download it, put the executable in its own directory and
           execute the archive. IT _IS_ ALL there, BELIEVE ME!!!

NOW for the "UNLESS": This subject has been beat to death in the alt.binaries.multimedia
section for months now. If you want to read it all then see if you NEWS server still
has it or GREP an ARCHIE list of news archive sites. The movies must be in
"flatened" form, and I personally hate the word "flatened" but it is vocabulary now.
More accurately, the MAC QuickTime movie has had the binary resource fork removed along
with compression and other things. There is a utility the will make MAC QuickTime Movies
Windows QuickTime compatible, but it costs MONEY.

Note: I am aware that the file qtwplay.exe is on other ftp sites. {Katherine, I know you
will not be happy that I am sending them to our campus machine, but I do not know where
the file is on wuarchive!}
