Has anyone else seen these problems: 1. With some software (e.g. FrameMaker) selecting a word and using QuickShelf to access the dictionary causes a crash (general protection fault). 2. Playing an animation causes a GPF when the animation ends (no such problem when the animations are played from the Media Player). The cause may be too many slightly incompatible versions of the various multi-media DLLs - these seem to get changed every time a new CD gets installed! Any ideas? Graham
