As far as I can see, there is no difference between the two except that with the CD-ROM version you can play directly from CD - however... if you play directly from CD it's slower and as the game is only a meg anyway, who cares? There is no extra music or anything with the CD version so you might as well get the disks and save the money. What's the point of releasing a game on CD when it's only 1M??? Madness.
