I tried setting the cheat mode for Rebel Assault which I saw some discussion 
on here, but I'm not sure what it does or if I've even been successful at 
setting it.  I did the up-fire, down-fire, left-fire, right-fire thing, but as 
far as I can tell, nothing happens and the game plays as hard as it did 
before.  What does this cheat mode do?
